A finishing company founded in Riyadh on one promise: the deadline
Since 2011 we have been preparing work and living spaces for their owners, with a stable engineering team and a way of working that has not changed.
Our Story
The company started in 2011 with a team of six people and one project: an office floor on King Fahd Road. We handed it over three days ahead of schedule, and that was the first line in the handover log.
Today we work in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam with 140 employees, and 85% of our projects come from past clients or their referrals.
Our mission is simple: the project owner receives what they saw in the drawing, at the price they signed, on the date written in the contract. And if we're late, we write down the reason and bear the penalty.

Values and How We Work02
Four phases, with a sign-off at the end of each
We don't move to the next phase until the client signs off on the previous one. This keeps the schedule and budget under control.

Site Survey
An engineer visits the site within 48 hours, measures, photographs, and identifies what can be kept.

Design
Construction drawings, a material board, and a bill of quantities with a price for each item. We don't start before they're approved.

Execution
One project manager, a report and photos every Thursday, and any change is priced in writing before it's carried out.

Handover & Warranty
A 180-item checklist signed by the client, followed by a 12-month warranty on finishes and two years on electrical and plumbing.
